Heineken asked us to update their most successful and most important merchandise range: the UEFA Champions League Heineken. We created a completely new look and feel for them, featuring a sportive and unique ton-sur-ton pattern. To support the merchandise range, we created exciting photography featuring the new merchandise items.

Open Mind - Intersex
Did you know 1 in 90 people can be diagnosed as Intersex? For many, it’s still a taboo to talk about. Stichting Open Mind tries to break these barriers and open up the dialogue within society. For this project, I’ve worked in tandem on the creative direction, as well as the art direction. It was a pleasure to work on such an interesting and little known topic, helping to get these important stories out into the world. A travelling exposition, which was placed in prominent places such as city squares and transportation hubs in cities such as Alkmaar, Eindhoven, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, invited passersby to read the stories and get to know more about Intersex.

With an evolution of their primary packaging, Heineken asked us to also update their photography, with a more urban, energetic and iconic look and feel. We created exciting photography for Heineken markets to be used world-wide. We shot three proposition in three days in Cape Town, South Africa.

Volt Maasticht
When Volt Maastricht asked me to help them with their campaign, I knew I had to chance to make a difference. As the first pan-European party, Volt looks beyond borders for solutions to local problems. Maastricht has always been a city with an outward gaze, which fits perfectly with the founding principles of Volt. To tell this story, we created a multilingual website, becoming the only party campaigning in Maastrichts, Dutch and English. The website received an awwwards honorable mention.
In addition to the campaign, I also initiated the ideation and concept for a fundraising website in the run-up to the campaign. The fundraising was a succes and met all goals which enabled Volt Maastricht to launch a broad campaign for the municipality elections. In their first try, Volt earned votes for two seats in the municipal government, making this campaign a huge succes.
